Return/Exchange Policy

You may return any unused and unopened item within 14 days of purchase. In order to request a return slip please contact us via email with the reason as to why you are returning the item. You can do this by going to our CONTACT US tab and filling out a submission. One of our customer service experts will contact you with the next 24 hours with further instructions.

 

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. For purchases by credit or debit card, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement (due to different banking institution policies).

 

Products that are opened and/or used will not be eligible for return, refund or exchange due to possible tampering purposes. If there are any manufacture issues with a product that you receive, we will gladly issue and exchange for the same item or store credit. Please submit an email in the CONTACT US section with a brief description of the issue. Photos may be asked for when submitting any case.

 

TrueRoots reserves the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in TrueRoots sole discretion.

Shipping & Handling

What are your shipping options?

We are proud to announce free shipping on all orders. Items will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail and will be provided with a tracking number

When will I receive my package?

All orders will ship next business day after the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation email, to the email used at time of checkout with a tracking number when the order is shipped. Our standard shipping is USPS First Class Mail which generally takes around 2-5 business days.

 

Due to COVID-19 please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Can you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we are only shipping domestically within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this moment.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number.

Can I make changes to my shipping address or order?

Please contact us at (908) 838-7537 to make any changes to your order. If the order is still being processed and not yet shipped we can change the shipping address to the appropriate desired address. If the package has already been shipped we will contact USPS to see if it can be rerouted to a different destination. The customer may be required to contact USPS for rerouting options on their behalf.
